Some products developed through the SBIR program will need US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval before going to market. The FDA web site contains information about the different regulatory processes required for different products. This website contains detailed information about gaining FDA regulatory approval for a new or existing product. The main FDA web site is www.fda.gov.
