One-to-One Assistance

Wisconsin SBIR/STTR Outreach Office services are accessed by filling out the Confidential Application for SBIR/STTR Assistance. If you would like assistance, please submit this application early in the SBIR/STTR process.

Wisconsin SBIR Outreach Office and network can help you choose the appropriate federal agencies and their solicitations, develop an agency strategy, give suggestions on writing the proposal, and review your work. WI FAST must receive a near final copy of your draft at least two weeks before the federal grant acceptance deadline in order to perform a full quality grant review, discuss any grant weaknesses that WIFAST finds with clients, and give the clients time to use the information from the WIFAST review. Specific services include:

  • Expert administrative reviews of your current proposal
  • Assistance in finding technical proposal reviewers
  • Advise you in preparing the cost section for the proposal
  • Advise you about intellectual property and the proposal
  • Commercialization plan assistance
